Learning Objectives:

In this session, the audience will:

  1. Identify the four key areas of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management
  2. Engage in strategies you can integrate into your day-to-day life for more productivity, better meetings, and stellar results.
  3. Absorb the material with activities, interactive polling, and idea-sharing.
  4. Implement one strategy you will put into practice immediately!
