- Team level – Assisting with Behavior Driven Development: stating User stories/Acceptance Criteria in Business terms in order to create test cases
- Product Owner – Helping to translate the Voice of the Customer/Business into a consumable format for teams to deliver
- Product Management – Develop higher level VOC/B into a Product Vision/Roadmap and top Features for an Agile Release Train
- Systems Team Members – BA’s who have technical expertise can be valuable members of the System Team
