Macro-Level Process Flows That Drive Clarity and Shared Understanding

"If you can't describe what you are doing as a process, you don't know what you're doing." - William Edwards Deming

Join us to learn how a macro-level process flow can make a world of difference for your team or organization. We’ll look at the W5H (Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How) of macro-level process flow diagrams, and show how this underutilized, hastily-constructed, and often forgotten artifact can help drive clarity and alignment among team members within an organization, providing a competitive advantage in the marketplace
