How to be Agile in a Non-Agile Organization

Geraldine Mongold, Senior Product Manager with Seilevel, will present How to be Agile in a Non-Agile Organization. Many of us work in companies or organizations that, for whatever reason, aren't jumping on the Agile train. But that doesn't mean you can't use Agile concepts to improve your projects and teams. Learn how to apply Agile principles to common project pain points, and get hands-on with a fun (edible) activity!

Speaker bio:

Geraldine has been a soldier, software developer, teacher, marketing analyst, project manager, business analyst, and consultant. As a product manager at Seilevel, she helps her customers design and build strategic software solutions, and she also teaches business analyst and product owner classes every chance she gets. In her "free" time she's a precinct chair, rescuer of horses, and blogger.
