How to be Agile in a Non-Agile Organization
Geraldine Mongold, Senior Product Manager with Seilevel, will present How to be Agile in a Non-Agile Organization. Many of us work in companies or organizations that, for whatever reason, aren't jumping on the Agile train. But that doesn't mean you can't use Agile concepts to improve your projects and teams. Learn how to apply Agile principles to common project pain points, and get hands-on with a fun (edible) activity!
