Five Ways Business Analysts Can Influence Successful Change

Whether in commercial business or the public sector, organizational change is nearly constant.  New technologies, new processes, new organizational structures are constantly evolving and demanding rapid adoption. There are many success factors in these change initiatives, but stakeholder buy-in is one of the most critical. Today, business analysts are uniquely positioned in organizations to make substantial contributions to the success of change. This presentation will explain organizational change management as a discipline and will outline five tangible ways that business analysts can apply tools or techniques to influence change and make it more successful.

Brendan has over 25 years of consulting experience and is an expert in the fields of organizational design, transformation, change management, organizational assessment, and strategy.  Brendan has designed and led multiple large scale transformation initiatives over his career across domains including human resources, acquisition/purchasing, facilities management, and information technology and in industries such as healthcare, defense, government, transportation, aerospace, chemicals, and energy.
