Data Governance – What's All the Hubbub About?

So, you’ve got a lot of data, and your company makes money using this data. Awesome, don’t touch anything and everything will be fine. Aaaaand, scene!

Clearly things don’t work that way. Between workforce turnover, platform upgrades, and company mergers, people find themselves compelled to keep their head down and focus on their jobs.

What if I told you there is a way to maintain a sense of data citizenship through such chaos? Enter Data Governance! During this session, we will focus on the following:

  • What exactly is Data Governance?
  • Who should be in charge of Data Governance?
  • When should Data Governance happen?

How the Minkowski’s space-time continuum revolutionized our understanding of large body physics (just kidding …. or am I?)
