With 20 years of marketing experience with both Fortune 50 companies and small-to-midsize companies in the U.S. and Japan, Dr. Jones has a history of strong leadership and producing results in the areas of customer analytics & modeling, database marketing, data mining, market research, branding strategies, and online/new media marketing. He earned his MBA from UC-Irvine and his doctorate from Saybrook University in Psychology, Organiziational Systems Inquiry.
