Wait… There are other people in my ecosystem?

Have you ever wondered about the others you work with? Those who are part of the project you’re working on? Welcome to stakeholder mapping. Consider the support, needs, and education required to build an overall effective business, project, or team. Look through the lens of design strategy to approach amplifying business by opening the minds and empathizing with all involved.

I recently led a 4-hour workshop to understand stakeholders and the different KPIs, politics, pushes, pulls that each individual has on one of my engagements, and I'd like to share what I learned about how to conduct stakeholder analysis. Furthermore, we will learn how this workshop was executed 100% virtually!

Learning Objectives:

  1. Map your stakeholders to understand their roles and motivations
  2. How to structure a virtual stakeholder analysis workshop

Alex Bulman

From a small village in the middle of England came a designer whose parents - one a typesetter, the other a teacher - let him draw and experience the world in a different way. Graduating from the University of the West of England with a Graphic Design degree, the industry awaited. Finding feet in the world of design came naturally – digital. Being able to grow with digital over the past 15 years have been exciting.

The industries I’ve worked in are vast. From High End Fashion to Pharmaceutical, to Insurance to Manufacturing and Engineering. Hi, I’m Alex Bulman and it will be my pleasure to meet you virtually on May 15th. Currently, I work at ExxonMobil on their design team solving a number of different usability and people problems.
