Lean Portfolio Management for Business Agility

Today, large enterprises are forced to operate like start-up companies. An enterprise must have the business agility to meet the needs of its customers and respond faster than its competitors.  Business agility is only achievable if the entire enterprise can align and synchronize the work as a unified team.  Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) helps align agile development with business strategy, with the goal to accelerate value delivery for customers: building products and solutions that the customers want when they need it.

Learning objectives:

In this webinar, we will discuss the transformational impact of LPM as well as a framework on how to implement it successfully by covering:

  • The benefits of LPM and its role as a catalyst for change in the perspective of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®)
  • The common challenges organizations face when implementing, adopting, and scaling LPM
  • The components needed to successfully establish LPM in an organization
