Inspiring clients to discover their personal brand for business success is Grace Lanni’s passion. She is equally likely to be seen in the board room or a coffee shop listening deeply to a person’s goals while connecting to what makes them tick. Developing personal branding programs for executives in career transition during the tough 2010 job market, Grace developed a unique understanding of the issues that leaders face in tough economic times. Grace released All About That Brand© mid 2016, which is a personal branding platform including workbooks, online courses and VIP programs. Grace's program is leveraged by a myriad of business owners and leaders to design their personal brands. Executives are delighted by Grace’s combination of strategic intuition and futuristic vision. Her positivity and the strength of her global connections provide purposeful access to leaders in many fields. Her most recent book, international best seller, The No B.S. Truth: What it Really Takes to Build a Successful Business is an International Best Seller and is available on Amazon.

Originally trained as a Bio/Electrical engineer, her first CEO venture was an online software solution. One of only two women to be publicly funded at this $M level in Austin in 2000, Grace was featured in the Austin Business Journal, on KEYE, and won the KPMG Stand-Out Startup Award. Grace continued to expand her consulting practice to leverage her skills securing a patent (a scanning tabletPC pen for nurses to identify patients), launching channel partner programs, as well as being awarded the CRN Channel Champion designation in 2001 for Motion Computing Tablet PC company.

Grace is first a mother of two millennials and is also a wife. She is also a performing R&B Musician, startup accelerator mentor, and advocate for women’s leadership. In 2016, Grace was recruited to lead eWomenNetwork – Austin: an international inclusive entrepreneurship organization.
