3 Rules to Live By : Building Relationships with your Developers
The developer / BA relationship can be delicate. This talk discusses specific kinds of actions members of the team - both technical and non-technical - can take to work to improve project outcomes, based on three pieces of advice Tamara received early in her BA career.
What will you learn:
We will focus on concepts from BABOK chapter 9, Underlying Competencies, sections 9.1, 9.3, and 9.5, and a technique to help you think through conversations with your stakeholders to maximize their effectiveness.
