Stakeholder Engagement (no speaker)
This will be open discussion, without a designated speaker. We will explore the types of project stakeholders outlined in the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide) and will exchange our collective experiences. This includes when you've had strong engagement with key stakeholders or when you were challenged by needing better engagement and the strategies you employed to manage it. If you're currently having a stakeholder challenge, this is the perfect opportunity to discuss it and brainstorm potential solutions.
